One flow. Three ways to sign.
You just press “Sign”. The document knows what it needs — biometrics for official contracts, a PIN for internal approvals, photos for on-site acceptance.
In short
e-doc has three signature types: MSign — a qualified electronic signature, legally recognised in Moldova and the EU (eIDAS), with biometric authentication in about 30 seconds, for external contracts and official deeds; internal — a personal 5–6 digit PIN, based on a company-level framework agreement, for documents between employees; with image — an internal PIN plus mandatory photos with verified GPS and an sha256 hash per photo, for acceptance reports and site reports.
One flow. Three ways to sign.

A qualified electronic signature. Legally recognised in Moldova and the EU (eIDAS). For contracts with external parties, notarial deeds and tax documents.
- Biometric authentication in ~30 seconds
- Framework agreement signed only once
- The flow redirects to the official service
- Hash seal + immutable timestamp
Signing with a PIN or password. Requires a framework agreement signed at company level. For documents between employees — intra-group B2B invoices, internal memos, HR approvals.
- A personal 5–6 digit PIN
- An optional comment on every signature
- Internal framework agreement uploaded once
- An audit log entry per action
Internal PIN + mandatory attachment of photos or scans. For acceptance reports, inventories, site reports — any scenario that needs visual proof.
- Photo zones defined in the template
- GPS verified at capture
- An sha256 hash per photo (anti-tampering)
- Photo audit with timestamp and device
How does the MSign framework agreement work?
It is signed once per user: on the first signature the system sends you to the official MSign service for biometrics. After that, each document is signed directly, in about 30 seconds.
When do I use signing with an image?
In any scenario that needs visual proof: acceptance reports, inventories, site reports. Photo zones are defined in the template, GPS is verified at capture, and every photo receives an anti-tampering sha256 hash, with timestamp and device recorded in the audit trail.

Can photos be altered after they are attached?
Not without it showing — each photo receives an sha256 hash, and any change breaks the seal.
